FrostPaw™ uses a pressure-activated gel that absorbs and disperses your dog's body heat on contact. The moment your dog lies down, the cooling starts — no water, no electricity, no setup. The mat recharges itself automatically after 15–20 minutes of non-use.
Medium fits dogs up to 40 lbs (French Bulldog, Beagle, Cocker Spaniel). Large fits dogs up to 80 lbs (Golden Retriever, Labrador, Husky). If you're between sizes, go one size up — dogs sleep better with extra room around them.
The gel inside is non-toxic. The outer surface is made of soft ice silk fabric, gentle on paws and skin. That said, we recommend supervising your dog the first few times, especially if they tend to chew their bedding.
Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth or mild soap. Do not machine wash or fold aggressively — the gel layer needs to stay intact. After cleaning, let it air dry flat before use.
