We want you and your dog to love every GlowlyShop product. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support.glowly@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discount or during a promotion are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Late or Missing Refunds
