Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
Standard Shipping: 8–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States — no minimum required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Stolen Packages
GlowlyShop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at support.glowly@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.glowly@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. GlowlyShop is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support.glowly@gmail.com — we'll try to correct it before shipment.
